To the Voters in the territory herein and hereafter described: You are hereby notified that the County Board of Elections has creat ed a new voting precinct to be known as GASTONIA, Number 4, and that all voters in said hereinafter de scribed territory will vote or cast their ballots in the future at the said polling place which will be located at the COURT HOUSE, in the city of Gastonia, North Carolina. The said territory of the jaid vot ing precinct, to be be knovn as Gas tonia, Number 4, is desfibed as fol lows: "Beginning at the present North west corner of Gastonia precinct No. 1, and runs with the present western boundary of Gastonia precinct No. 1, South to the present Southwest cor ner of Gastonia precinct No. 1; thence with the present southern boundary of Gastonia precinct No. 1, East to the C & N. W. Railroad; thence with said C & N. W. Rail road, in a Northerly direction to a point directly in the center of the C. & N. W. Railroad trestle, where said railroad crosses Catawba creek, just south of the city limits of the city of Gastonia; thence a straight line, in a Northerly direc tion to the center of the present ter minus of South Street or South Street extension in the city of Gas tonia; thence with the center of South Street, or South Street exten sion, and South Street, North to the center of Airline Avenue, where South Street runs into it on the North side of the Southern Railroad; thence with the center of Airline Av enue, West to the center of Dallas Street where it runs into Airline Av enue: thence witn the center or uai- las Street North, to the center of Page Avenue where Dallas Street runs into it; thence with the center of Page Avenue, West to the center of North York Street where Page Avenue runs into it; thence with the center of North York Street North to the. Northern terminus of North York Street; thence a straight line North to the present boun dary line of Gastonia precinct No. 1 ; north of the city limits of Gastonia; thence with the pres ent boundary line of Gastonia pre cinct No. 1, from said point follow ing said present boundary line, north erly or westerly and west to the point of beginning. That when the term present boun dary, or present corner of, or pres ent boundary line of Gastonia pre cinct No. 1, is used in the above de scription, it is intended to mean, the boundary of, or corner of, or rtoundary line of Gastonia precinct No. 1, a the same were immediately prior to the establishment of this precinct. Notice is also given, that all vot- . ers residing within the territory em braced within said preemct known as Gastonia No. 4, will all have to reg ister for the coming election, a com plete, new registration being hereby ordered for said Gastonia precinct No. 4.
